2023 Rates
NEW: The Kingsbury Cottage, weekly rental, Sunday to Sunday. The cost: $2200.00 per week for two people, plus $100.00 for each additional person up to four persons. No children, no pets, please.
NEW: Mowry Point RV Lot, Lubec- One RV ONLY – The cost: $65/night w/ a 3-night minimum plus sales tax.
Wildflower Cottage: Our rental rate is weekly, Sunday to Sunday. The cost: $1200.00 per week for two people, plus $50.00 for each additional person up to five persons total, plus sales tax. Children (infants/toddlers/tweens/teenagers) are also counted as people. Check-in is 3:00 PM on your arrival Sunday with check-out on the departure Sunday on or before 10:00 AM. Payment Options
We require a $500.00/deposit/week and the balance is due at time of arrival. If there is a situation in which you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded if we are able to rent your reserved week to someone else.
Deposits may be made by bank-issued checks ONLY. We do not accept credit cards.

Other Policies
Our cleaning fee is $60.00/week. We do not allow fireworks on the premises, period. They are extremely disturbing to wildlife especially loons, our neighbors and they are dangerous. Our cottages and the entire 45-acre land parcel are 100% tobacco-free. As a general rule, we do not accept pets. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis. Additional cost for pets start at $25.00/day/pet.
We welcome our Canadian neighbors by accepting Canadian currency at par during our shoulder weeks May through mid-June and mid-September through October and a fair exchange rate during our regular season. Must show valid Canadian ID for this deal.
Kendall Farm 2023 Cancellation Policy
Deposits are refunded 100% if we are able to rent your rental week to other renters.
