Cottage Reservations and Rates

Rates / Payment Options

Our cottage rental rate is $700.00 per week for two people, plus $50.00 for each additional person up to five persons total, plus sales tax. We require a 50% deposit to reserve your cottage. If there is a situation in which you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded if we are able to rent your reserved week to someone else.

Payment may be made by cash, personal checks or money orders.

Rental Season

Cottages are rented Saturday to Saturday, Memorial Day through Columbus Day weekends. Check-in time is 2:00-5:00 p.m. the arrival Saturday, with check-out on the departure Saturday before 10:00 a.m.

Other Policies

These are non-smoking cottages and, we do not allow pets.

Reservations / Availability

To check availability, please use the request form shown below or call us at 207-853-6685. We will notify you if the date you request is available. If you then wish to make a reservation, we can take your reservation by phone.
